Post Covid-19 Pandemic Era: Unity Radio/TV Expresses Commitment To Build Resilient, Sustainable Future.

The management of Unity Radio and Television stations has expressed its commitment and dedication towards building a more resilient and sustainable future in the post COVID-19 pandemic era through a careful and strategic programming.
The station’s Chief Information Officer/Director, Ahmad Tijjani Nakande, stated this in a statement made available to Unity FM’s news desk on Sunday.
The statement quoted Nakande who is away in Kenya attending a conference organized by VOA Africa and US Agency For Global Media in Mount, Kenya, as saying the company’s attendance at the event demonstrated its commitment to staying informed and up-to-date on the latest developments in the media landscape.
It was gathered that the conference, with the theme, Surviving and Thriving in a Post-Pandemic Era, is aimed at exploring the challenges and opportunities presented by the pandemic and how to navigate the post-pandemic era, with a focus on how technology can be leveraged to build a more resilient and sustainable future.
According to Nakande, “Unity Radio and TV’s participation in the conference highlights their dedication to remaining at the forefront of the media industry and their willingness to collaborate with other professionals to drive innovation and growth”.
“The company is looking forward to taking the knowledge and insights gained from the conference and applying them to their operations to better serve their audiences,” said Nakande.
Other participants at the conference include the Managing Director of AIT, Oluwatosin Dokpesi, General Manager, Kingsley Uranta, General Manager NTA International, Oganya Simon among others.
It would be recalled that the pandemic impacted negatively on all aspects of life. Since its outbreak, the Covid-19 has infected more than 4 million people globally, taken hundreds of thousands of lives and paralyzed economic activities.
